Good evening everyone!

My name is Victoria and I am excited to be a new member of SparkPeople! I am in the midst of my weight loss journey, but figured I would give this a try. I started using Weight Watchers in January of 2010, but decided I wanted to learn more about what was entering my body and how my workouts were impacting my weight loss (I hit a plateau). So, after 7 months and 30lbs lost, I decided to stop WW and begin this journey of whole body understanding. I didn't want to be on a "diet" anymore- I want to learn how to live and be healthy. I came across this site on my blackberry application settings and decided to try it.

I am so excited to begin this journey, especially with all of you, and look forward to lots of posts and support! Also, I am always looking for a Philadelphia area workout buddy and to build a support system with anyone and everyone so, if you're interested in chatting and motivating each other, please feel free to let me know!
