Hi everyone, my Sister told me about this program and I am very excited to start. Like many others I have been on Weight Watchers, etc. I was recently diagonsed with high blood pressure and pre diabetes. I am on meds for high cholesterol. I dont want to go the same path as my Mom so here I am!
