I'm Susan and seriously need to lose at least 10 pounds. I've lost weight before, but just can't seem to get any pounds off, in fact they keep on coming. I do have some healthy eating habits, but also a few really bad ones. I need to stop snacking at night (sigh, but I do feel hungry) and I need to not eat out of the container. I also need to work on smaller portions and then just walking away when I'm done.
