Hi, How am I changing? I think that by joining spark people has so far been the biggest change. I am more aware now of the bad habits that got me overweight. I try to be more active and definitely log EVERYTHING that passes my lips. No more thinking that wine doesn't count!!

Hello - What is everyone doing different, then what they did before, that lead you here?? Looking for ideas on what to change because obviously what I am doing isn't working or I wouldn't need to be here :) I am going to go back to logging food....
