You can do it! Track your water, exercise, and calories, and do those spark points! It really makes a difference.

I have tried so many times before to achieve my goal. I have gotten very close twice but then I gain it all back plus more. I weigh more now than I ever did before and I hate it. With SparkPeople, I hope, change that, I KNOW, I will get there this time.
