I am just starting the Spark program and wondering if anyone out there can give me any advice about the program. I have been on a diet ever since I can remember. I am exhausted about worrying my weight, what am I going to put in my mouth, what size jeans I must be in and in general how can I avoid food altogether. I hoping this program will help me develop a healthy attitude about loosing and keeping the weight off!!
