Welcome to spark people! You'll find that this site is very helpful. I'm a newbie myself, well i started over because I'm all about me now. Before I had some setbacks, but now I have no excuses. All you have to do is stay motivated, drink plenty of water everyday, eat less & exercise. Then you'll see the pounds gradually start to come off. With this site you'll be losing weight in no time!!!

Hi I started wkin out about 2mths ago i broke my leg last yr really bad so have been sittin dwn doin nothin since last aug....i live in jamaica and love to swim and go to the beach but i don't feel confidant at all i soooooooo wanna be able to wear what i want and have the energy i need just to get through a full hour of tae bo (thats my fav exericse lol) but sometimes its so hard to stay motivated u know just 2 gey up and get the exercise done sometimes u just need someone to say U CAN DO IT sometimes just hearin those words really does make all the difference anyway thank u 4 takin the time to read this stop by my page and say hi x
