Hi everyone. My name is Tiffany and I just signed up with SparkPeople about 5 minutes ago. All this information is completely overwhelming! I'll be spending lots of time on the website trying to figure out all the in's & out's.

I feel like I'm on a neverending weightloss journey. I've been overweight most of my life and have tried all kinds of weightloss programs. I've done Weight Watchers in the past and had great success and may join again in the future, but right now I need something free! With money being tight I find it hard to eat the right things. It's so much cheaper to eat the wrong things. But my body is not happy with me. I'm not sleeping as well anymore which makes me tired ALL the time. Not to mention my doc put me on High Blood Pressure medicine a couple years ago. And I would LOVE to get off of it!

I notice that because I checked the "depression" box that this post is going to the Dealing with Depression board. I am not depressed, but someone close to me is. So any advice that you all can give me would be greatly appreciated. It's a long hard road and I don't always say or do the right things.

Anyway, I look forward to getting to know everyone!
