Hi and WELCOME!! i would suggest to both of you to break your goals down..i go for 5 pounds at a time instead of the big picture (which would scare the heck out of me!)

Hi, Help and support is here. I feel very daunted by my planned weight loss. BUT. take it one day at a time. If this is too daunting break the day up.....I have taken in some cut up celery, carrots and sugar snap peas to work and reward myself with a crunch on one of these each hour....surprising how many hourly targets I have not needed to crunch on something. It helps knowing that I can I want to.
Don't give up...that is the easy way out!
