ive started them myself, and i do feel it alot in my legs and arms..hopefully it will just get easier as we get fitter :)

Hi Maura. I've been on my diet for 7 days and have lost 6 pounds. I used the exercises that they suggested in my fitness and used the treadmill every other day. I was surprised at how easy the strengthening exercises were but the day after I knew had done them. My thighs and calves were jell0. lol I've been sleeping better too. Good luck.

i totally agree, what an amazing website!! im also new today and i believe this will truely motivate me and help me with a great start to a healthy living :D

I am so happy to have found this site. To have someone else set up an excercise routine for me that will get me to my goal is one of the best features on this site. Today is my first day and I really think I can do this.
