Welcome to SparkPeople! Take small steps and you can do this. I recommend tracking your food (no matter what you are eating) to get a handle on where you are right now. Exercise doesn't have to mean going to a gym - start by just doing a little more each day - walk a little further, take the stairs, etc. It really does add up.

I'm 39 y.o. I work 4/10's and eat horribly. I'd rather work than eat so I tend to eat on the go A LOT! I think all the fime about exercising but rarely get myself motivated to do it. All in all I need to loose over a hundred pounds. Hopefully I can commit to using Spark to get myself going.
