I see that there aren't any new posts in here. I'm starting again, too. I had very good luck with SP when I/we all first started, back in 2010. I gained some of the weight back & "tried" to lose it last year (unsuccessfully). SO, I'm back here again & more dedicated, this time. I think tracking foods is the key, as it keeps me mindful of how many calories I'm actually eating. It's too easy to go over, otherwise.
