Find something a little healthier to eat before bed, something that will please you and encourage you to stay on track. I found a small low fat Activia yogurt helps me. It is only 70 calories and supplies some of the calcium I need.

Sushi - A lot of the changes are simply will power. Instead of eating the junk before bed, find something to substitute for it. Drink 8 oz of water. Do push ups. Go for a walk around the block and away from your kitchen. Clean out your cupboards of any weakness foods. Throw them away. I know its a waste of money but its better for your health. And if all else fails, find the will power to have just 1 cookie or just 3 bites of a piece of chocolate.

I found myself the other day with a carton of ice cream and a spoon. I started to eat and eat and then said "oh crap!" I put the whole carton in the sink and ran hot water it in. Problem solved!

Just joined and need support. I just ate 4 cookies and a chocolate bar before bed!! Usual habit. Wish i could stop.
