Hi!

I found this site though an iPod app. It took about 2 months before I signed up, but I finally did it and so far so good! I've been tracking everything I eat and my exercise. While some days have been sort of discouraging, I still write down EVERYTHING! It gives me an idea of where I need to make changes if I'm going to meet my goals.

Right now I'm starting small, trying to take off a few pounds. I don't want to set a goal that's too high and get discouraged, so I'm hoping by doing little things, it will make a big difference!
