I know how you feel. Try setting small goals instead of big ones! Instead of 50lbs try 5. Make small changes to your life and all of a sudden you will find that you have made a whole new lifestyle. Good luck!

Hi,

I was feeling really down last night and decided to google things about hating being fat and I stumbled across a blog called "101 Reasons I Hate Being Fat". This blog had a link to this website. I had never heard of this website but have looked at many websites like it but never used any of them because they all had a fee.

I'm currently in college and I have a great interest in the environment. I love gardening, campaining and just being outdoors. Very recently I've become a vegetarian in my bid to help the environment even more!

I'm 19 and really not happy with myself. I've been overweight all my life so I've never had that feeling of being thin, I really really want that feeling. I come across as a really happy and jolly person on the outside but inside I'm sad and desperate.

I've never liked that thing of setting goals, I don't know why but I think it's because everytime I set a goal in school or weight or anything I'd usually not reach the goal so i just gave up setting goals. The one goal that I've always had is to lose weight and be happy.

Anyway that's my joyful introductory message, sorry about the doom and gloom, I really am a cheerful person usually! I'd love for anyone that has any helpful tips on motivation or keeping going, to reply. Thanks!
