Diet can be done anywhere, though a lack of time makes it tough to fix. For exercise I would look into HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). You get quite a workout in a short amount of time that way. I would be happy to dig up a couple of links if you would like me to:)

I'm a 59 year old who works all the time, at least 5 days a week. One job is two 12 shifts, and I teach 3 days a week 75 miles from my home. I'm a RN working on my MSN ed. If I could walk in bed the short time I'm there I could loose weight. Time is the factor.
