I hear you! Getting my diet under control is the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. I still slip off now and then but get back on track. My wife and I are using a freeday so we can take care of some of those cravings once a week:) So far so good.

Hey all,
I am looking to get some serious motivation to get seriously fit and hot before I start grad school this fall. I have 15-20 lbs to lose! I love working out but HATE eating right. I am an on-the-go eater and usually very tired from work and school so I just like to eat and get it done with! Also, I am addicted to late-night eating and salty and sweet foods. Uh oh!
