Have you tried to set non weight oriented goals instead? Being healthy isn't about what you weight anyway, that is more of a mainstream gimmick to sell expensive diet plans. Try setting excercise goals, or maybe dietary goals. It might help:)

i set a goal today. I used to set goals that were ridiculous. I'm giving myself 2 years to lose 85 pounds. seems if i give myself 2 months to lose 10 pounds i beat myself up when it doesn't happen... two years - thats about 3 1/2 pounds a month. I'm worried that if I lose 2 pounds instead of 3 1/2 I'll still beat myself up. I'm currently struggling with knee and ankle injuries that prevent me from going to the gym for 3 weeks. Hoping getting my food figured out will be a good first step on this journey... here I am.
