This is wonderful news!
I agree, one does not have to diet to lose weight. Eating healthy (natural) products does the job (and you can fill yourself with alot of fruits and veggies with minimal caloric impact!)

I had an epiphany today! On March 15th, I was incorrectly diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. This is an incurable and nasty disease. It is not your usual arthritis. This is the one that cripples you, increases your risk of heart attack by 70% and can damage your lungs. The meds they give are the same as chemo medication with all it's side effects. You need to have your liver tested every 6 weeks.

I made the choice to stop all my meds and eat an organic and holistic diet. No beef, no pork, no processed food. By the time I went to the Rheumatologist...I had no symptoms. He felt the I didn't have RA, just a reaction to a virus or an allergic reaction to something. I had stopped the estrogen, I have recently been prescribed. A miracle by all accounts!

My epiphany is that since I was 14 years old, I have tried to have that perfect body. My family is all over 200+ pounds. I am the thinnest because I have been on a diet for 35 years. I have skipped meals, eaten low fat, no fat, and low calorie crap! I have made a decision to eat healthy and eat what I like. Since eating organic, everything tastes amazing! My whole family is eating better! I took my eight year old son to the health food store and let him pick out foods that looked good to him. When we left the store, he said"Mom you didn't tell me No once"! Let's go there all the time!

I am happier, healthier and I am not going to try to fit into someone else's version of what a perfect body is!
