We are a support group that mostly weighs 200+ pounds (or we once did....), but we are realling working hard to get to “One-der-land” and then stay there once we get there.

Though we have challenges, buddies, and support, Here is our weekly program....

*Daily: Post your A** (accountability) on the Chat Thread (optional)

MONDAY: Post your 24 hour Challenge to yourself. You may also post your weekly goal. Then when you post your *A, you can include how you are doing with your weekly goal!

TUESDAY: List how you did on your 24 hr Challenge?

WEDNESDAY: Non Scale Victory (NSV) Here is where you could share your victory or victories that don't include the number on the scale.

THURSDAY: "Thankful Thursday" Post what are you grateful for...

FRIDAY: *What are you doing for your weekend plans if you want to share? Note: many of us struggle with events; this is where you may want to think about and post what you are doing and how you are planning to handle the food part of your event.

SATURDAY: 1. Weigh in Day for Shred Challenge (see the thread for that) -- You can post your numbers on any day that works for you!
2. Discussion on emotional eating concerns.

SUNDAY: (adding this one today;) POST YOUR BIGGEST LOSER NUMBERS BY NOON OR YOUR TEAM GETS A 2 POINT PENALTY!!! *Post how well you did on your accumulative week: Did you participate in all of the above, and how well did you work your personal program--food, exercise, etc?

We also have Challenges from time to time. Be sure to check under the Challenge Thread to see if you'd like to join in the FUN!
