To Calculate your Basic Metabolic Rate (BMR) for women:

655 + (4.35 x weight) + (4.7 x height in inches) - (4.7 x age in years)

This is the number give or take 100 calories that your body needs to maintain your weight.

Found this on a site....My nutitionist recommended FitFlax http://www.fitflax.com which is low carb/low cal, delicious and helps promote weight loss. I lost 50 pounds over the last 7 months. A great breakfast that's filling, low cal and delicious is Greek yogurt, berries and fitflax.
