Hi my name is Imelda I am new to the team. Very exited to have found this team! Love to cook.
Working on getting rid of a layer of fat I added to my body last year with some bad habits, stress and little sleep. Started tracking again in Jan and have managed to get my body fat down from 25% to 21.5%. Want to be back to 18% by summer so I can be comfortable in my clothes again. Then I will switch focus to gaining more muscle again.

Hi Everyone! I am new to the team but I started with Spark People back in late October 2011. I have a goal of losing 94 pounds, (I have already lost 26 pounds since starting Spark), by November 2011. I am highly motivated and definitely getting in the exercise, but I am finding my hardest challenge in the food that I am eating. If I fail to exercise for two days straight I gain at least a pound right back. I am excited to learn all I can about better nutrition as I continue this journey for life...God bless!
