I have learned that starting off slow with any new exercises is best till my body gets used to doing them and adding a couple every few days. This is important especially to any part that has been recently injured.

Then keep building till you get to the number of repitions you want to reach for as a goal daily.

Also one other thing that goes with this, if not able to do these on the floor, clear the bed of all pillows, and do them there. It adds a degree of difficulty to the routines, and is much easier to get up from then the floor.

For every hour you walk you add two hours to your life!

Stay OP, hydrated, and find the humor in your life

BELIEVE THAT LIFE IS WORTH LIVING AND YOUR BELIEF WILL HELP CREATE THE FACT

The best preperation for good work tomorrow is to do good work today!!!

I have learned to drink over 8 glasses of water daily that are iced. This causes me to burn a few more calories every day i normally wouldn't be able to do.
