Pasta with Walmit Cream Sauce....

l2oz. fettuchine
2tbls. olive oil
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3 cloves of garlic minced
3tbls. milk
3tbls. sour cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup fresh snipped basil

cook fettuchine accoring to package, dran and rinse
in cold water, (this will get rid of the starch)

In skillet heat oil until how, add walnuts and garlic, and saute 2-3 minutes.

Add rest of ingredients, stirring till thickened.
Put fettuchine in large bowl, add cream sauce and
mix in. Parsley can be sprinkled on top if desired.

I have made this and have added cooked shrimp.

Serving size is for two.

CHILI TOTS

Prep 15 min. bake 35 min. set oven at 350degrees

1 lb. ground beef
1 can (8 ozs.) tomato sauce
2 cans (15 ozs ea.) chili without beans
1 can (2-1/4 ozs) sliced ripe olives, drained
1 can (4 ozs.) chopped green chilies
2 cups (8 ozs.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 package (32 ozs) frozen tater tots

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, drain. Stir in chili, tomato sauce, olives and chilies.Sprinkle with cheese and top
with tater tots.

Transfer to two greased 8-in square baking dishes.

note: one can be covered and frozen up to three months.

to use frozen casserole...remove from freezer for
30 min. before baking (do not thaw)
cover with foil and bake for one and a half hours
or until heated through.Oven temp. 350 degrees.
