Let's take a look at the start of exercising.

Day 1.....Not awake, to tired, hurt to much,
need a nap, not my day. (excuses)

Day 2.....When I wake up, have strength, took
pain pills, must rest, maybe todays
my day to start.(better more positive)

Day 3.....Fully awake, need to go to town, have
lunch, feel great will walk today,
rest when I get home. (today was a me
day, well deserved)

Day 4.....Up early, had breakfast, felt good,
all set to go, EXERCISE DAY!!!

You did it, you made it happen,
Great day, positive day.
