well I had a surprise today.....to Loudly Crack..

not realizing that I put a 1/2 gallon of milk on
my walker to take over to the fridge, I sat on it
lol

While swimming today, the back of both thighs started to hurt. I've never experienced this before, it was similar to cramps. I was focusing on my kick and arm strokes thinking I might not have been doing something properly to get the maximum benefit from my workout. I was thinking I should stop but I kept on going. I normally count my laps and after 30 say my time is up because I have to go back to work. Well today the clock was working so I could stop counting and just think about other stuff. Some items became clearer to me so when I returned to work I was more focused and had a new game plan. And - then it dawned on me, my thighs were no longer hurting! That was definitely something that got a loud Quack out of me today!!

This section will be where we can say the things that made us work harder, and we DID IT in spite of ourselves.

For example:

I'm just getting back on my feet for the first time in 2 months. So getting back into my exercise routine is a bit slow. But did walk over 2000 steps today already. Yeah Quack Quack Quack!!!!!!
