I just joined the group today and have signed up for all the team goals.
A couple of years ago I thought I was going to end up with a walker, today I'm still sore and have problems moving if I sit too long, or in the wrong furniture. I have had a cortisone injection in my right hip and my sacral joints. I'm sorry to ramble, I'm just happy to find a group who understands that some days are very much harder than others.
