Hi!

I have arthritis through most of my body...Jaw, rt shoulder, spine, both wrists, all fingers, rt knee, both ankles and all toes. I currently take Humira, methotrexate, tylenol 3's, naproxen, buproprin, and citalapram.

I am lucky to own a stationary bike that doesn't hurt, I take small walks, and rest a lot! I enjoy swimming with my daughters.

I too love to eat! I have found for me that drinking water has helped with that.....some days!

Take it easy,
Tami

Hi Peggy.
I have arthritis in my knees and hips. I am not in constant pain. It comes and goes. I am in the moderate stage from what the doctor says. He has not yet recommended a specialist for me, nor am I on any prescription pain meds. I just take Tylenol for Arthritis whenever I think I need it or Ibuprofen if I feel it is inflammatory. For exercise, if you can use an elliptical machine, it seems to be better than walking. I really struggle to go for any lengthy walk, and that is something I used to enjoy. Of course, weight loss would be ideal but I struggle with that too. I love food too much and it is hard to cut back, especially when my husband does such a good job at cooking!
thanks for joining this team. We are not overly active but we are here to support each other.
