1. Get 7-8 hours sleep each night
2. Eat Breakfast ( I am terrible for this one!)
3. Spend less time on the computer and focus and dealing with important matters
4. Eat healthier
5. Read at least 30 minutes a day
6. Short time weight loss goal is to lose 5lbs. by my birthday(January 31st)
7. Long term weight loss goal is to lose 40lbs. by the end of the year

My goal this week is 3 workouts by Saturday. I had one already today. I hope to add another this afternoon and the final one on Saturday. Friday will be spent driving for several hours after work, so I am not sure I will have time
