Start tracking your food...that way you can see exactly what you are eating. Try to get in fruit & vegetables and drink plenty of water. Take it one step, one day at a time..... emoticon

i must have not answered the quiz correctly, because i scored highest on portion control. i already eat very small portions and eat very slowly. my problem is eating too often and eating the wrong things. i would like to better adhere to my exercise routine. my nme is marty and i live in south-central kentucky.
