Start with just tracking your food....if, too hard to log in and do it....keep track of it on paper to see how you're doing. The main thing is to see what you are doing and how you need to change things (if you do).

I joined about 10 days ago, but am having difficulty finding time to check in and even manage my nutrition tracking. I know it would be helpful if I would just do it! I am an elementary school teacher and am also going to school myself, working on my PhD. It seems all I do is work or study - writing papers and sitting on my ever increasing derriere! I can't/don't take time for myself because I guess I'm afraid I'll fall behind in something. Luckily my sons are grown and I have no other "life" since al I do is work and study. The mid-life change is not helping!
