I hope the TOLLS here are helpful to you. I got a lot of info on myself just by using the trackers (MY NUTRITION and MY FITNESS). The articles that I signed up for have been great information too.

Hi Kathy, welcome to SP. I've only been here for about a week, but I'm constantly amazed how supportive this community is. People saying positive things and being nice on the internet ... what a concept.

You'll definitely get support here, but check out some of the articles under "Your Health" and the "Health A-Z" and the "Condition Centers". I bet you'll find good information in support of your medical conditions.

I am still learning how to use Spark, but I can see already that the best part of Spark for me is the support and encouragement I can get from members. I have a few health problems that contribute to my weight, but my major weakness is emotional eating.
