Welcome Sara!

I found the Fitness Tracker a very big help to me. I get reminded to get active for 20 minutes a day and to log it in.
The Nutrition Tracker helped me realize my problem with portion sizes. YIKES.

I have learned so much and you will too. Once a found a good balance of activity and food intake, it all started to work for me.... now's your turn!

My name is Sara and I have been on and off my weight loss journey since 2005. I have kept the original 20 off that I lost back in 2005 but have been hovering in the same 20 pound range since. I have tried many different things and am now going to give Spark People a chance. I know it all has to do with me and my own motivation, but hopefully can find what I need here. Right now I have been exploring the site and getting spark points. I have not tried to enter in nutrional information on here as I use a body bugg and do not wish to enter information twice. There is a lot of information I already know on this site, but I am finding some information I did not know. I am looking forward to seeing where this takes me. =)
