Hi there! I am very new to this site and trying to figure everything out. Love the website. I just turned 41 last Fri. and need to lose 20-30 lbs. I have been eating more fruits and veggies, less pasta,rice, & potatoes for the past 2 wks. Have also been going to the gym on the treadmill for 30-45 min. 5-6 days a week, drinking 64 oz. or more . I'm scared I'm gonna lose motivation and quit.... i've always done it before and i don't want it to happen again. That's why I joined SP. Hope this helps me to stay on track.
