Hi Carol,
WELCOME to SP and to a wonderful group of people.

I was amazed at portion sizes when I started out. I still fight w/it sometimes, but have learned (in the 8 months I've been on SP) that I really don't HAVE TO have huge amounts of food. You'll get better at it, but in the meantime, measure, measure, measure.

Just know that baby steps are still progress - don't try to become 'perfect' overnight, or in just a week. Baby steps, baby steps, baby steps - lead to a healthier life.

Hi- this is all a new experience for me. I'm pretty good at exercising but really struggling with portion control. Also new for me is sharing via my computer. I'm getting through my first week okay, but know I can do better!
