I am new to this site. Seems great and hope it will help me to succeed. I have lost 30 lbs since September on my own but have plateau'd and cannot figure out how to get started again. I want to lose 40 more pounds. I love to walk but hate doing it alone. I have moved to a home on a cul-de-sac off a main road. So there really is nowhere to walk. I am a Media Consultant and so I am behind the wheel all day seeing clients. I ofter skip breakfast and don't stop for lunch because I don't have time or don't want to eat something I shouldn't. I come home and am starving and make good choices and eat too much or make bad choices. I am so tired, (from not eating I am sure), so my working out goes by the wayside. Tonight I baked a quiche. I intend to eat it for breakfast with a glass of tomato juice. that should help me get off on the right foot.
I would love to meet someone with the same fitness goals as me. I also love to do crafts and sing. I really love anything that involves people. I know if I get healthier I would have the energy to do more of the things I love.
I hope this site will help me get better control of my eating. I just don't seem to know what to eat anymore. I hear low fat, low carb, high carb, no fruit, lots of fruit, no meat, lots of meat. I'll get it yet.
