Hello everyone I just joined sparkpeople yesterday. I didn't know this existed until I read a First magazine 2 days ago. I decided to give this a try. I like the fact that there is alot of support on the site. I am looking to loose at least 50 pounds in the next year. I would be very happy to lose more if that happens. I recently purchased a bike and started bike riding today. My goal is 30 minutes 3 x's a week.
