Hi, my name is Tina. I am 31, married to a great guy (who has lost 120 lbs), a SAHM of a 15mo son and I also have a daughter that just turned 13. Ah teenage years. LOL. I have been with Spark since 2006. I had taken some time off because I fell off track and also had a child during that time. I am back and wanting to do what I set out to do. I have been doing good since starting again, but have hit a wall and lost my motivation, which seemed to happen after I injured my heel/foot. I am hoping this challenge will keep me motivated and accountable for my actions and weight-loss. I am VERY excited to get started. I don't plan on waiting until the 3rd to start to lose the weight again but with the holidays I am going to try and minimize and/or maintain where I am at and if I can lose some before the challenge, YAH! Looking forward to getting to know everyone and losing this weight. Finally!

Hi, I'm Chelsey and I've been involved with spark for since the beginning of 2009. I was doing really well until August and then non existent after October. Currently I've regained most of the 30lbs I had lost. I'm ready to get back on track and do the work! I'm not focused on an exact # of pounds I want to loose right now. I just want to get back in shape and feel great about myself. I'm ready to eat healthy, work out, and put myself first! 2010 is my year and I am going to take back my life...again.

I'm a 26-year-old wife and mother of 3. My youngest was just born in October. I've been focusing on exercising since I'm breastfeeding, but I'm joining boot camp and am excited to see how we all do! I've set a goal for our family to run a 5k on Valentine's Day (hubby and I will push the kids in jogging strollers!), so I'm learning how to run. I'm really excited about this! This is my first boot camp!

Hello! My name is Pam, I have a goal to lose 30lbs by June starting Jan 1! I knew I needed to get healthy, but we are putting together a Christian Concert in June, and I REFUSE to embarrass myself when having my picture taken that day! I know, I need to be healthy, but, I have to have accountability, and the pictures will help w/that! I work out cardio while watching taped versions of Biggest Loser (very inspiring!) Hopefully this boot camp will help me jumpstart my goal! I am excited!

Hi. I been lurking around here too. I got pretty serious in September with trying to loose 20 pounds by Christmas. I didn't make my goal but I am ten pounds lighter than last year this week. So I guess that can be called success. But I am ready to loose 15 by Valentines Day and 20 by my 30th anniversary on March 20th. Gonna jump start the challenge and start tomorrow.

The price of growth is always less than the cost of stagnation.

HI, I am Rhonda. I have alot of weight to lose and I know exercise is a big help in that area. I lost 40 pounds by exercising with a friend, but went back to work and gained back 30.You see, I quit exercising. I need to find the time to exercise, again. hi my name is Bianca. i have been a member of spark people for about 3 weeks had only lost 1.5 pounds than last week i started binge eating and gained 8 pounds. i have lost 100 pounds and than i had my second daughter and have some prego weight to get off to get back down to my to were i was plus i would like to loose a little more.so i am looking to loose 20 pounds. its been really hard to stay focused and motivated.i had my gall bladder removed this past july and it seems extremely hard to loose even just a pound. so hopefully this bootcamp will help me loose the rest of the weight i want to loose.

Nicole here! It's about time I got back to exercising and getting healthier. While I have recently lost 34.5 lbs. I didn't do it the most healthy way. After 2 hospital stays with TIAs, I got scared enough to finally listen and drop some weight. Last Wednesday, however, I ended up in the ER again with chest pains. At this point, they are saying it's stress-related but want me to follow up with my physician and among the things they said could help fight my potential for coronary artery disease, is of course, losing more weight and exercizing. SOOOO, here I am! Let the games begin!!

Hello all! I've had a lot happen this past month and while I haven't gained any of my weight back I did not eat correctly nor have I been exercising (well, past two days I've been playing with my Wii Fit Plus!) I'm going to use this challenge as a way to get me back into exercising, not only for the weightloss but for the mental and physical benefits I need so much right now. Hi Everyone.
I'm Julie, been with spark about 4 months now..this challenge is "extra" exercise for me.
I will still do my normal cardio..but the spark videos will all be extra movement for me.

Hi Team!

I'm Rhonda and I've been on Spark for about a year and a half.

In November, I started training for my second half-marathon (in February) and my training got way off track. My dad had pneumonia and a couple of complications and was in the hospital for 15 days.

I'm ready to get back on track with my running and incorporate the boot camp as well!

Hi I am Kim I joined SP in April of 09 an lost 20 pounds. I have fallen backward a little bit since about Oct., but made an effort to workout a lot in Nov. and beginning of Dec....however lately with the busy craziness of the holiday season my only exercise has been cleaning and decorating and shoveling snow. I am ready for right after the first to get rolling in full force again!!!
