emoticon I found that eating healthier helped my gut and had the side effect of me loosing weight. Pr was it the other way around.

My name is Milinda and I have been a member of SparkPeople for a long time. I originally purchased a Flex but upgraded to an Alta last year.

I have been having severe gastrointestinal problems this fall and it's affected what I've been able to do. I had the goal of losing 20 lbs and instead gained it, eating all the wrong things and not being able to exercise at all. The added weight has added to other health problems that I have with osteoarthritis.

I am going to try to do the 5000 steps per day as much as I can. My 40th class reunion will be this year and I don't want to look like this when I attend.
