Hi Alisha: Welcome to the team. The nutrition tracker is the most important tool in my opinion. It seems daunting in the beginning but after doing it for a couple weeks, it becomes a habit. I recommend the new spark coach program too. I have been on the site since 2011 and I love the new program. It started just last Wednesday, but you can join anytime.

I love SparkPeople

Today is the first day of the rest of my life.

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Buckets of wasted time that could be an exquisite lace shawl. ~Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, At Knit's End: Meditations for Women Who Knit Too Much A true friend reaches for your hand but touches your hea

Sparkpeople has some wonderful tools to help you meet your goals. I love the nutrition and fitness trackers. Without those tools I would not be able to stay on track.

Welcome to the team!

Hi Everyone,

My name is Alisha. I have been using a Fitbit for a couple of years now and I love it. I am new to SparkPeople. I have been struggling with my weight for about 12 years. I will lose it then gain it back. If you have any advice I would love to hear it.

Thanks
