Hello everyone,
I just joined SP and have been an avid FB user for a year or so. I am a writer so I have a sedentary job, but I've made a commitment to get in at minimum 10k steps a day, plus gym visits 3 times a week. I am 52 and gained 20 pounds when I left NYC and moved to the country 16 years ago. Since then, I've also developed insulin resistance, high bp, high cholesterol, and I am DETERMINED to turn them around. Looking forward to being part of this team!
