We're all about knowing positively that WE CAN DO THIS. So Welcome to the team! You and I are both on the 10,000 steps a day team. It motivates me quite a lot...I really try to get those steps in. It's all about keeping at it, maybe baby steps at first until we get more courage and stamina. Well, adios for now.

Hello I'm new here on this team! I belong to a lot of Good teams but I wanted one that Has to do with Mind ,Body and Spirit which I live by daily!
Ive Had my Share of Falling off the wagon but I think i now have the Mind set to get this done! Check out my Page to see what I am all about!
For the Last month I have worked on Getting 10,000 steps in I never thought I could Now I just put it on my Fitness and Push my self to get it done! If I can do this any one can! In My mind I thought I could NEVER get that far.. with My Arthritic Body But the Mind has a lot to do with this and I no loger listen to the Negative Mind any more and listen to the Yes you Can do it!

7/01/16 -- 25 lbs lost
9/26/16 -- 50+ lbs lost

1/1/2017 - returned to SP after 3 months break; I maintained my weight-loss.
Next goal: get below 200 lbs.

Jan.'17 - A&I team challenge - team 'super skiers'

Spark has a lot of good articles on all kinds of subjects related to food and exercise. Go explore this site. I especially like the Food Tracker. It can be tedious, but it is really helpful. I track it through an app on my phone which you can easily download. Glad you're joining us and I hope you stay!

Hi everybody
I was looking for an active motivational team.
I hope I found it with you.
I especially struggle with the mind and soul part,
motivating myself, finding the umpf to get up and do ...
I started out strong - then fell off the bandwagon - and got back on yesterday.

I added the 3 team leaders to my Spark friends.

Hi, my name is Alison. I'm just joining the group after reviving my SP profile this morning. It's been stagnant for about a year and a half. A lot has changed for me in that amount of time.
