A friend of mine used to do those mom/baby exercises at the gym with other moms and babies. She had fun. Check out some programs at your neighborhood gyms.

Hello from one Lisa to another,

I am not sure if they have any on here but I do know that there are some videos that you can find that are exercises you can do that also incorporate the fact that you have a little one. In other words you and your baby do them together, so it is fun time for her but exercise for you. So I would look around and see if you can find any of those.

Hello everyone! I'm Lisa... a NY girl at heart, but live in beautiful Cape Coral, FL with my boyfriend, Ryan, and our six month old daughter, Ava. We also have two pets, Lola the dog and Woody the cat. They are our fur babies and we love them. I'm loving how inspirational and motivational SPARK is! I was a personal trainer and group fitness instructor before getting knocked up. I maintained 120 lbs (give or take) through most of my 20s. I gained about 55 lbs with my pregnancy, and now have about 20 to get back to my pre baby weight. I accept that the weight loss has been slow, and I'd rather spend my free time with Ava than exercising. But I know to be a good mom, it's important to incorporate exercise back into my life. I've actually done really well at the eating part (being Italian, this isn't always easy), but I need to find more workout time, especially since this has been my passion for as long as I can remember! I just need a kick in the tush.
