Welcome back. You can do this....and you deserve it. One of the things that I read on SP way back in April was that this is not going to be an easy thing to do. At first that made me want to quit, but it was the reality check that I needed. It has had its moments of frustration and difficulty, but it is so worth it. I feel so much better when I eat well and when I exercise. I never thought I would be the person to say that, but it's true. Best of luck. Slow and steady. I know you can do this.

I'm not one who normally posts. I have returned to Sparkpeople after failing a couple of times. My biggest failure is giving up after I've screwed up. In my past attempts here I did not really follow the program this site has developed. Hence this post. My first day was yesterday and I kept within my calorie range. Today I am up early to go to the gym and plan my food. I work retail and have a 13 hour day to look forward to. Yesterday I had a doctors appointment for hip and ankle pain. Basically if I don't take off this weight the pain and hobbling will only get worse. So, I could use a friend and alot support to get in a groove. Thanks
