I just joined the team, but I would love to jump in on this! On January 1 I kicked myself back into gear. My starting weight this month (thanks to laziness and holidays) was 168. I am down to 156.8 thanks to some clean eating and getting back to the gym... all the water weight came off really fast! I would like to get down another 5 pounds by the end of the month! Reading through this thread was really motivating, and I would love to join you all!

HOW ARE YOU'LL DOING ON THIS LOVELY SATURDAY? I just got back from a walk/jog and feeling really energzied to keep the day healthy.

I was challenged this weekend to stay away from Fast Food, is there anyone else interested in joining me emoticon It will be great to have your motivation.

Another successful day on this end with keeping things low in my calorie range. This morning I woke up not wanting to do any workout, but I got in one of my Tae Bo routines. Of course I felt great afterwards.

I had a great day with staying in my calorie range in hopes that I'm able to stay out of the kitchen for the rest of the evening. I hope I make it! I have to make it to see results!

I thought I blew my calories last night when I had 2 slices of toast w/ some butter, but I didn't. YEAH! My total calorie intake was 1382. I'm still going strong this month.

You got that right Foxy, I LOOOOOVVVVE Chinese food. My husband was ordering and I told him to not order me anything. It feels good to be in control! Hopefully, I'll have another successful week.

Today was my free day not to track my calories and just enjoy the day. Tomorrow, I start all over again with holding myself accountable for what I put into my mouth.

Today I ate 1246 calories, which was very hard today. My SIL came into town and she always brings or orders fast food. Today, she ordered chinese which I just love. I told myself it's not worth it and made sure to stay away. That's HUGE!

I hope everyone is also having a wonderful Saturday.

Peggy, tomorrow is a new day for a new start. Don't even worry about the past and I know you'll make it work. You can do it girl!

Yesterday I ate 1370 calories and made sure that I stayed on track. I kept myself focused and out of the kitchen.

Way to go D! I got day 3 finished with bc and did great on my calories. D I kinda got the munchies a while ago so I warmed up some water and put 2 bouillon in it. Yum and only 10 calories.

My goal for January: to stay in calorie range (honestly) each day and to incorporate 30 minutes of activity each day.

Day 1: met goal: 1550 calories and 30 minutes circuit training.

Peggy, welcome to the challenge.

Yesterday, I had total calories of 1310 until I felt like munching on something around midnight. I get hungry when I'm up at that hour and I need to choose healthier foods. I just need to buy some fruits to munch on at those hours.

I am up for it, but today is my Jan 1st. I had to wait til the grandkids left yesterday to really get back on track.. now I am ready!!! I hope!!! I plan to eat under 1400 cal and eat healthy. And no food after 9PM.
