Hi Deb! Welcome back! I'm right there with you! Trying to lose weight in a healthy, maintainable way - even if it takes a while. I'm committed to it in 2018 too! Trying to track everything I eat but it is so hard!!! I know this is the only way I can see results though so I try my best to stick to it.

Hi- My name is Deb, and I just re-joined the Spark community. I have lost 17 pounds towards my goal of losing 50 pounds. I have had a stall-out on losing for about 2 years, but I am determined to move forward towards my goal in 2018. I am now tracking everything that goes into my mouth for a Diabetes Education class that I just started. (The good, the bad and the ugly!)
I believe in losing weight through healthful eating with reasonable diet/exercise goals and not blocking out whole groups of food as some of my friends/relatives are doing. Everything in moderation. (I have to be able to live this way once I get to goal.) :)
I travel a lot for my job and live in the Fishers area. Glad to be a part of the Indiana group!

Keeping it positive and taking responsibility - one day at a time!
