Hello Everyone! So here is step one to getting myself on track for weight loss and health. I am just starting my career, marriage, and life! I am a mom to two dogs and two cats and I love animals. I work with children in a counseling setting, which can be very stressful and emotional, but also very rewarding. I value my time with my family, which can also hinder my efforts to work out and eat healthier. My dream exercise would be to walk my two dogs for an hour every day, but I often feel I don't have the time, or I'm too tired after working. By spring time, I hope this will be a reality! I also hope to be saving about $100 a month by not purchasing fast food during work or on the way home. My husband is a personal trainer, and while this seems it would be an advantage, it is often discouraging to compare his love of exercise to my dislike of it. No matter what, I will reach my goals and I will lose weight. This is step one, so I'm taking it one step at a time.
