I have done the yo-yo diet for some time now. I was at my heavest about 4 years ago and managed over the next year to get down to where I wanted to be, and keep it off for about a year. Then I had some big changes in my life and over the past year and a half gained about 50 pound. I am tired of being feeling tired again. I would like to lose a little under 50 pounds. I know that when I eat right and exercise I feel so much better, yet I can not seem to get motivated to stick with it again.... not sure why it always is so hard to focused. I have joined this site to find some support and accountability, while getting healthier again.
