Hi there,
I never had any idea of how quickly calories can accumulate over coffee ( and cake). Day two and I can already see where the calories are coming from. Some of the foods I track cannot be found, may need the Australian equivalent, but I can definately see where I am going wrong simply by tracking my daily foods. Has anyone else had the same experience?
