I've already started to eat healthy (I'm using the Biggest Loser 30 Day Plan) and I'm also incorporating the exercises. I've now logged on to SparkPeople for extra support and for the ease of tracking my meals. I'm feeling good about this site and I know it will continue to motivate and encourage my efforts to live a healthy lifestyle.
